Executive Assistant, Sales & Operations Associate
Founder's Right Hand
This role is for someone extremely sharp, emotionally intelligent, highly adaptable, and execution-oriented. The biggest requirement is not experience. It's mindset, learning speed, ownership, initiative, and presence. You should feel like someone the founder genuinely enjoys working with every single day: someone who brings clarity, ideas, structure, and calmness under pressure. The founder has ideas constantly. This person will own the entire tutor and client experience. From hiring and onboarding tutors to handling parent relationships, community building, conflict resolution, scheduling disruptions, quality control, and retention. This role makes sure everything runs smoothly and people feel cared for. This is relationship management, people operations, emotional intelligence, culture building, retention, and leadership.

Compensation Structure
AED 1,500 / month
During the first 3 months (probation period)
AED 2,500 to 3,500 / month
From the 4th month onwards, based on performance and milestones
Up to AED 10,000+ / month
Attractive commissions for high performers
Growth Path
Performance reviews & milestone tracking during the first 3 months
Visa support & salary increment from the 4th month onwards for successful candidates
ESOP opportunities after 1 year based on contribution and milestones
