You have the right to request deletion of the personal data Unitors holds about you — including information collected through our website (unitors.com), our platform (app.unitors.com), our forms, and messaging channels such as WhatsApp.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please:

1. Email us at connect@unitors.me with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the name, email address, and phone number associated with your data so we can locate and verify it.
3. Tell us what you'd like deleted (all of your data, or specific information).

We may need to verify your identity before actioning the request, to protect your data from unauthorised deletion.

What Happens Next

• We will acknowledge your request and aim to complete it within 30 days.
• We will delete or anonymise your personal data across our systems and instruct our service providers (such as our messaging, analytics, and hosting providers) to do the same where applicable.
• We will confirm once your request has been completed.

Information We May Retain

We may need to keep certain information where required by law or for legitimate business reasons — for example, financial and transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is protected in line with our Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp Data

If you have contacted us via WhatsApp, you can request deletion of your message data using the same process above. You can also stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying to ask us to stop.
